Does anyone have experience trading securities through Ameriprise? I had an offer for an unlimited trades account yesterday and wanted to see if it was worth the move. As leverage, I assume I can contact my current broker (TD Ameritrade) and see if they will try to appease me with some free trades, or something similar.

what kind of volume are you trading to get offers like this?

dingo, i have no information or experience on this. that said, i stopped reading after i got to "ameriprise".

That deal was back in October and never came through. My "contact" with Ameriprise jumped ship to another company. I am still doing business with TD Ameritrade.
