You should also teach people how to dispute their negative listings with ChexSystems. ;)

It can be done the same as disputing an account with the big 3 credit bureaus. CS is considered a consumer reporting agency and must abide by the laws in the FCRA.

Chane is correct... chexsystems is a credit reporting agency that must provide and report accurate information. Everyone has the right to dispute.
