how many credit cards do you own?

I at present own 4 credit cards but honestly I try to keep only 2 in my pocket at any time so that I can maintain check on my spending.

I have 3. One for business, one that i use for everything else, and one I rarely use, but keep on hand in case AMEX is not accepted.

Just 2. One is a Chase Rewards card, and that really is the only one I use. I got a Wells Fargo card just because I figured why not since I just recently moved all my stuff there. But that card will just collect dust, plus i have an ATM debit card which is only used to get cash. Both cards have a limit of around $10,000 limit, and I rarely charge more than $2,000 in any given month (I have earned maybe $400 in rebates this year). Why anyone needs more than 1-2 credit cards is beyond me.

19 lines of credit. My goal is to reach a $1,000,000 limit, max them, and run off to Antigua. I just heard they have CD rates of over 7% there.

i keep 2 in the wallet. I have 2 others at home. and about 4 or 5 others lines of credit that I forgot about. thats from when I applied for credit cards to get free t shirts in college.

I only have 3: one reward card for regular use and the other 2 for emergencies and building a long-standing credit for a good report. :)

I only have 1 credit card, which I rarely use. I rarely use that because the money is just going to come out of my checking account anyways, why not just pay with cash and thats what I do. Its a lot less of a hassle and save my time and money in the long run.

I have 3 credit cards. I think a maximum of two credit cards are sufficient to meet more than your basic needs. I am going to cancel two cards which i am not using and applying for other credit card. I think its better to choose the right credit card by credit card comparison (http://www.billshrink.com/).

A lot of people got into trouble with credit card debts. I hope you will not be one of them. Use your credit cards only if you can pay for them. Never buy anything you cannot afford. Go to Hong Kong...just a few days ago a couple from New Zealand run off with $6 million (http://edition.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/asiapcf/05/21/new.zealand.millionaires/index.html) and authorities think they're in HK.
