what is your opinion?

Hi friends, peoples those are under 18 in American who have to pay taxes is illegal. In there citizens are forced by Government to taxes. I am wondering that why a minor be forced to pay taxes when the minor's voice is often ignored and never plays an immediate role in politics? I think they should not pay taxes to government without the right of their vote. So friends, what is your opinion?

That is a great point. I think it is due to the difference in the values of young people when it come to the government.

Then I suppose anyone under 18 should not be able to use government-provided services? You know...like roads, parks, schools, subsidized health care and free clinics, student loans, IRAs, etc.

Plenty of others, not under 18, who also lack the right to vote, yet still reside in this country and avail themselves of it's wide variety of benefits. Do we let them off the tax hook as well?
