My wife and I both contribute to seperate Roth IRA'a. Do we need to file any tax forms for these?? We are contributing to them not withdrawing.

You report it on your 1040. There is no separate form to file.

Good that you are making a contribution to your ROTH IRA.

You may qualify for the Saver's Tax Credit.....

Contributions to a ROTH IRA are not reported on your 1040 except as indicated above for the Saver's Tax Credit.
To claim the credit, use form 8880.
