View Full Version : Zecco?
kobraboy
I am considering Zecco and had two questions.
1] Is there a way that Zecco can debit my bank account directly for a specified amount at whatever frequency I specify (monthly/weekly etc) and invest in a particular stock/ETF/mutual fund that I specify?
2] If Zecco does not work for me and I want to cancel, what are the costs associated with this? Is there a time limit where its not free? If I wanted to cash in my shares and move money out, is there a cost associated with this? Can I transfer my shares to another trader for free?
Thanks in advance!

I would think the best info is first hand info. Give them a call.

Possibly the most underrated of the Marx Brothers.

Is this what happens when you cross a Louisiana-based folk music style with an old fashioned candy wafer?

First question: Zecco is great for individual stock investments because of no fees. Their mutual funds have fees associated with them, so for MFs consider other companies. I have experience with ING and USAA both of which have no load funds (free to buy into, free to sell from).
It can be free. Remember, if you balance is below 2500 they charge 4.50 per trade, so the costs would be minimal to close up your account with them.
Be referred by a member and get a free investment book from them.
