best way to invest in gold? stocks? etfs?

thats a good article. i think you would do others a service if you added two topical areas:

1. while you allude to the taxation of gold (it is taxed as a collectible and not an investment) a more comprehensive discussion will help readers compare their options more fully.

2. somewhat related is talking about investing in companies in the gold BUSINESS and not in the actual commodity itself. this again offers favorable tax benefits and is another way to participate in the hype and frenzy.

I don't enough about investing gold to critique the information. However, it's a well written article and I learned a lot. Kudos.
