I have been watching the sun for several years and the last 4 months there have virtualy been no sun spots. With this little activity could we be entering global cooling? Kenneth Tapping (sp?) canadian goverment solar has also noticed this lessening of solar activity. He published a paper Feb 25 or 26, 2008 on the subject. It seems I am not dreaming, something is happening. Could Kiplinger contact some solar experts and get their input which could be included in the weekly letter. This is serious. If solar activity stays like this for several years we could be facing a little ice age again. Whatever we do on earth will not matter if the sun cools or slows down for 100 years.
