No, Costs for primary education are not a deductable expense.

If you are planning to continue with private primary and secondary education for your daughter, you may want to consider making some contributions to a Coverdell ESA.

You fund the coverdell with after tax money, but the earnings are tax free when used for qualified education expenses.
