As a sole proprietor LLC I received 1099 income as well as per diem that was not included on the 1099. Is the amount for per diem considered income for tax reporting?

I guess so, try to check on accredited websites to check. Not really sure but I think a friend of mine have the same experience. I'll check on that to confirm.
