Devidsouza,

There are some things in the medical field that you can do/become rater easily.

Certified Nurses Assistant, CNA is about a 6 week course usually sponsored by an organization that needs CNAs. You get paid while doing the training, and typically must work for the program sponsor for some period of time after successfully completing the course.

Licensed Practial Nurse, LPN, requires more training and you must pass a state test to be issued a license. The license may not be acknowledged by other states. Besides nursing schools some BOCES offer the training for LPN. You will have to pay for this training.

Registered Nurse, RN you must go to a nursing school. There are some on line nursing schools that train you to be an RN. You would have to pay for the RN training. And to become an RN you must successfully take a test to become registered.

hi,

Anybody aspiring to become a nurse will have to get a degree is nursing education or nursing science. If it is from a reputed institute then hospitals will recruit at the end of the course. If not then the aspiring nurse will have to go out and seek opportunities.

Every nursing course will have a foundation course and a specialization course. The duration of the degree could be two years or four years. Some of the degrees are subsidized by the Government. After the student becomes an Associate Nurse or a Bachelors Nurse, he/she has the option of becoming a Registered Nurse.
