Hi all. I just hope that you can help my friend. Well, my friend is the wife and she had been married to this guy for 7 long years now. At first, they seemed to be a very happy couple, 3 years later had children. They owned properties in which they both funded. Now, my friend wants to file a divorce (not to detail the reason though) and wants to get her share from the properties they both funded. I mean, all of the properties they have, came from their own pockets. It's like 50 - 50 share. So, after filing divorce, what would she file to get her shares back? Thanks in advance.
