I am planning to donate a few shares of stock to my church. However, my stock certificate represents more shares than I would like to donate. How can I donate only a portion of the shares? There are no instructions on the certificate itself for requesting that the shares be reissued on separate certificates. If anyone can help it would be most appreciated!
