Mortgagee auction sites?

Hi I'm a noob here on the forum. Seems like a nice place to hang out at Well, the stock market has killed me lately and I'm looking to sell my property before I lose everything I was looking for a bit of feedback on this Mortgagee auction (http://www.sellurgently.com) site. Do you think it's worth using something like this over a regular real estate agent? It obviously brings together people really looking to sell with people that want a deal and will pay quickly. The issue being you don't want to look desperate but do want to sell quickly. Also, if anyone has any better sites for this sort of thing that would be great. Thoughts etc welcome. Thanks

I would recommend to have a direct communication with the real estate agent, sites may not give you a very clear picture about your property dealings. Its always a better option to have a face to face dealing for property rather than online. Specially in the crisis situation that we are going through now.
