We have submitted the FAFSA and the result is showing $5090. in EFC. My husband is on disability and that is why it is so high. Is there anything I can do to reduce the EFC. There is no way at this time that we can afford this because I just lost my job. Is there no educational packages out there availabe for kids who are a dependent of someone on SS?:confused:
