Hello I have finished High School in the US and have been accepted into Cal Poly in California. But my vsa is an H4, which means that I can stay as long as my mother who has an H1B visa. So I was wondering of anyone has any info on loans for non residents ANY help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
