I need to find a lawyer to draw up a will for both my husband and I. Our dog is our only dependent. What questions should we ask? I also want a living will. What are the litmus tests for a good attorney? Is there a 'ballpark figure'; a 'benchmark' for legal fees? What exists besides a 'simple will'?
