How to buy Stocks without the US Social Security ID

I live in Dominican republic (the Caribbean) and im interested in buying stocks online over the Internet. I have verified some some online companies but they require that i have a Social security ID from US to register ,

anyone knows any online brokerage company that i can subscribe to buy stocks online without the need of social security ??
