Perhaps you all can help me find a good option. I'm looking for an account that has the following:
- around $1000 minimum to open and min. balance
- high interest
- ATM access
- low to no fees
Does anyone know of any good accounts like this? I have looked through Cup of Finance and could not find one with a low balance and that's easy to open all at the same time. I'd like ACH access so I can set up reoccuring deposits from my checking account. HSBC is NOT an option for me (strict Chex/credit rules).
CapOne money market is tempting, but it would make me nervous to bank with a creditor. If, for some earth-shattering reason you default on a credit card with them or anyone else, could CapOne seize your money market account with them?
