College - Let my Employer pay?

I am preparing to attend part-time MBA School this fall and my employer has offered to pay for the tuition (in full) with a commitment of time post MBA. If I decide to leave my employer after the program I would face taking over the tuition loan repayment at a much worse interest rate than if I personally took the student loans out originally at federally subsidized rates. Any recommendations on if I should pay tuition personally (via student loans) to retain flexibility after the program on my career? I am assuming at least a 2-3 year post-MBA committment.
