Child's preschool education - deductible expense ?

My 3 year old attended preschool last year, and the fees came to $1500. I cannot deduct the expenses under dependent care, as my wife does not work & has no earned income. So, my question is, can I deduct preschool tuition under "Education related expenses" ?
