MassMutual vs. New York Life

Has anyone used either of these companies? How are their products and services?

Could be an interesting thread. In all fairness, I'd like to add Northwestern Mutual to the mix to complete the discussion.

price, i agree - this would be a great discussion. i further agree that adding NW Mutual to the discussion would be more than worthwhile! i like Mass Mutual but my two "fave" of the mutual companies include NW Mutual and NY Life.

both NW-M and NY-L have an amazingly solid financial standing and this combined with many other factors show them to have the "best" ratings by the independent rating agencies.

i would be interested in pro's and con's from the companies without too many elongated threads. i would hope we could all agree that a person's "experience" is their own "experience".
