I am looking to take my series 7 & switch firms into FL....The firm Im currently at will pay me top $$ if I pass my 7 (no SA's have their series), but I am looking to relocate regardless if I pass or fail. Basically, do I stay because of money, or do I go because of feelings?!?!?!

No one can tell you what to do.
If money is more important to you than happiness or job satisfaction, then you should stay where the money is best.
If you want a balanced life, you may have to consider a loss of income, in order to have that balance.
But only you can judge which is more important to you.

carissa, is a great topic area ... but i swear i dont understand your specific question. remember, lots of acronyms you have from your present company may not translate to others who read your posts.
i guess FL means florida (but then the sentence doesnt make sense).
i have no idea what a "SA" is.
how do you know your firm pays top $$ (and what is top dollar) (and what is the name of your firm?).
finally, the only question i think i understood was your last one. this is a question only you can answer. personally, i prefer to be someplace where i enjoy the environment, the people, can have the widest array of client service and product, and make lots of money. by the way; there is a Santa Clause, Carissa.

carissa29,
I do not know how you can slam the posters (all among the most knowledgable on this site) on the Suze Orman thread, then say you will get paid top $ at your current firm but will relocate regardless, then post about a 401(k) with Merrill Lynch that you had no idea you had.
Can I open an account with you?

it's up to you if you're going to accept that..sometimes they are offering you huge pay but in return, the work is terrible..I already did that a lot of times..and I ended up with a work with small pay but I'm loving my work..

I say go with your passion. Work wont seem like work when you do what you love. There's the money issue of course, but personally I find it more fulfilling being in a job that I like
