I dont think that if a bank has lowered its interest rate means that you should buy a car, especially in this time of recession. Buying a car depends on 2 important factors:
1. the prices of the cars and how much can you afford
2. what you intend to do with them

If you really need a car and cant go without it, then it is a good option to get a car. The time is not right to invest in luxuries.
