What to Invest in

I am 24 and work for a state university in Texas, I am thinking of starting a 457 plan to compliment my Roth savings. I really don't know a lot about investing and I am asking for some direction on where to go next. These are the options we have, could you all suggest which one would suit someone like me. I am good about saving money and have no debt, i'd like to stash money away to grow without having to make a lot of risky decisions. Here are the options;
