First of all it is a MORTGAGE Calculator and not MOTORGAGE Calculator.

Mortgage calculators are used to help a current or potential real estate owner determine how much they can afford to borrow to purchase a piece of real estate. Mortgage calculators can also be used to compare the costs or real interest rates between several different loans, determine the impact on the length of the mortgage loan of making added principal payments or bi-weekly instead of monthly payments. (Definition by: wikipedia)

You can find some good Mortgage Calculators at:
http://www.bankrate.com/calculators...calculator.aspx
http://www.mortgagecalculator.org/

I hope this helps.

This site has two loan calculators on it:
-One calculates the payment for you, just enter loan data in the yellow highlighted fields.
http://www.grubercompany.com/pages/...y%20payment.asp

-The other gives you some objective tools to decide if a refinance is worth doing: for instance, a refi may lower your payment, but what if it takes 10 years to get your principal back to the current balance (before the refi).
http://www.grubercompany.com/pages/...hlypayments.asp

We use these tools in-house. We make them available to the small business community as a free service, along with a dozen other tools.

Hope this helps!
