Taxes and inflation

It's funny how things work. I've been investing some time regarding the merits of ROTH vs Traditional IRA because a change in circumstances in work (in another thread) and at the same time I was looking at some longer term investment funds to park the money in at least for the time being and came across the Capstone Church Bond Fund (I've got a question about that in another thread). Anyway.... that research took me a website of a company called Strongtower Financial - they do church bonds. There's nto a whole lot on their site but there was an article that got me thinking about impact of inflation on retirement savings (here's the link - http://www.strongtowerfinancial.com...irement-savings )

I was also talking to some way about the merit's of Roth IRA and he made the comment that "it might be useful to consider the impact of the current trillion dollar payouts on furture tax rates". I've been enjoying reading through the forums so here are some questions :

How concerned should I be about both of these issues and what investment choices could I be making now (in my early 30s) to mitigate some of the risk?
