Question take money from porfolio to pay off mortgage

I've recently lost a lot of money from my portfolio along with everyone else. My question is, should I sell off $200,000.00 to pay off my mortgage before I lose all of my investments or should I wait it out. My husband is retired and I still work. I'd have about $200,000 left in the market if I did this. Any advise is appreciated.
